So good and so quick! This impressive dessert can be prepared just a few minutes before company arrives.

Makes 6 cups (8 servings)

  • 3 cups nonfat milk

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals, regular or decaffeinated

  • 1 large box (2.1 ounces) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding

  • 3 cups nonfat whipped topping (8 ounce container) nonfat whipped topping for garnish, optional

  1. In a medium bowl, mix milk with coffee. Let sit a few minutes then stir until coffee is dissolved.


  2. Add pudding mix and stir constantly with a wire whisk for two minutes.


  3. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.


  4. Add whipped topping and mix well.


  5. Pour into a serving bowl or individual parfait glasses. This is ready to eat or you can refrigerate it and serve later.


  6. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
