Jea, this recipe doesn't have detailed instructions but, perhaps it will help.

BAKED HAM WRAPPED IN DOUGH

Use any size ham
4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground cloves
Start with 1/2 to 1 cup water

Mix all ingredients for the dough together except the water. Slowly add water until it is easy to roll, like a pie crust.

Cover ham with the rolled dough.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour or 275 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours. Use large pan.
