COOL-KITCHEN MEAT LOAF
FOR THE MEAT LOAF: 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef FOR THE SAUCE: 1/2 cup ketchup 3 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add beef and mix well, but lightly. Shape into two loaves; place each loaf in a disposable 8x4x2 loaf pans. Cover with foil.
Grill, over indirect medium heat for 30-45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Spoon over meat loaves before serving.
