I have a recipe people might like. SYRACUSE DEEP-DISH PIZZA 2 bags pre made supermarket pizza dough 1 italian sausage 14 0z. Ragu traditional pizza sauce 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese On lightly floured surface, let dough stand at room temperature 1 hour. Remove casing from sausage. Brown sausage; drain. Stir in Ragu, Parmesan cheese; simmer 5 minutes. Form and stretch 1 pkg. dough to 16 X 13" rectangle; press onto bottom and up sides of greased 13 X 9" baking pan. Pour in sauce mixture. Drop Mozzarella in small chunks or sprinkle if shredded over sauce mixture. Form and stretch remaining pkg. pizza dough to 14 X 10 rectangle and place over mixture. Press edges of dough together to seal mixture in. Bake @ 425 degrees 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Options: Add 1 cup mushroom slices and 1/2 cup chopped green peppers with onions.
