Coca Cola Cake

1 c. shortening
2 c. sifted flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. "Coke"
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

ICING:
1/2 c. shortening
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. "Coke"
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, pecans or walnuts

Grease a 13 x 9" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all cake ingredients, except Coke and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl. Beat 1 minute at high speed, add "Coke" and blend well. Stir in marshmallows by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
