GOOEY ROLLS
1 pkg. frozen roll dough (20 to 24 count), thawed* cinnamon 1 c. pecan halves
Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1 large box vanilla pudding mix (not instant) 2 Tbsp. milk 1 stick margarine or butter 1 tsp. cinnamon
Grease a 9" x 13" pan (or spray with Pam). Cut or tear thawed dough into bite-sized pieces and place into pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Sprinkle pecan halves over dough.
To prepare topping, melt butter in a saucepan and add other ingredients. Cook to blend. Pour over dough pieces in pan.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1-1/2 to 2 hours or overnight).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
Invert pan over a cookie sheet or platter, remove pan.
*If rolls are frozen, microwave rolls, six at a time, on high for 25 seconds, invert rolls, microwave on high for an additional 25 seconds.
If you can't find frozen roll dough, you may use a one-pound loaf of frozen bread dough.
