Dear Kathy, I thought it would be fun to have a list of Baskin-Robbins' Smoothie flavors and I've attached recipes. You can experiment adding frozen yogurt in place of some of the ice cubes. Betsy Baskin Robbins Smoothies: - Tropical Tango - a refreshing blend of bananas, strawberries and nonfat frozen yogurt. - Bora Berry Bora - brings raspberries and bluberries together in a tropical blend of pine-apple passion fruit and nonfat frozen yogurt. - Copa Banana - a smooth combination of bananas, orange and nonfat frozen yogurt. - Aloha Berry Banana - strawberries, blueberries and bananas in a brilliant mixture of pineapple-passion fruit and nonfat frozen yogurt. - Calypso Berry - an amazing combination of blueberries, strawberries and nonfat frozen yogurt. - Sunset Orange - an exhilarating ensemble of raspberries, bananas, orange and nonfat yogurt.

Cajun Banana Smoothie Source: Cajun Gourmet Afloat and on the Road, ISBN # 09627946-1-9
1 large ripe banana, sliced thin 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced thin 1/4 cup skim milk (2%) 1 tsp brown sugar 1/2 cup banana yogurt 1 oz dark rum 1 oz banana brandy 1/4 tsp orange peel grated
GARNISH 3 slices banana 3 sprigs mint 3 whole strawberries
Place bananas and strawberries in a bowl and freeze. Remove after frozen and place in a blender. Add skim milk, yogurt, orange peel, and sugar. Blend at medium speed until thick. Add rum and brandy. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer. Arrange strawberries, banana slices, and mint on long toothpicks. Rotate into drink and serve.

1 cup berry flavored low fat yogurt 1 ripe banana 1 cup berry flavored juice 1/2 cup crushed ice
One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein easy. They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when you're not feeling well. Mix in blender.

8 oz Whole milk pineapple yogurt 1/2 cup Orange sherbet
Mix in blender until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze for later.

--- Strawberry Smoothie Yield: 2 servings 1 large Banana, ripe 14 medium Strawberries 1/2 c Orange juice 1/4 cup Skim milk 2 Orange slices
In blender combine banana, 12 strawberries, OJ and milk. Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth. To serve, pour into tall glasses, garnish each with an orange slice and strawberry.
--- Southwest Smoothie Yield: 3 servings
1/2 cup banana; sliced 1/2 cup mango, papaya, or guava; * 2 cups milk 1 tbsp honey * fruit should be of one kind listed and be chopped
Place all ingredients in food processor work bowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth. Strain if using mango.

8 oz fruit cocktail, can, chilled 1 cup milk 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup ice cubes 2 cinnamon, ground (dashes)
In a blender container combine undrained fruit cocktail and remaining ingredients. Cover; blend till combined. Add ice cubes; cover and blend till smooth. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (for garnish), if desired. Serve immediately.

1 apple, golden delicious, peeled, cored & chopped 1 cup apple juice 4 apricots, fresh; pitted, skin optional 1 banana; peeled 3/4 cup plain yogurt 10 to 12 ice cubes 1 tbsp honey

1 c Nonfat yogurt 1 c Orange juice 2 Ice cubes; more if desired Whip in blender until frothy. Variation: for 1 c orange juice, substitute 1 banana or 1 c blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, or sliced peaches. Or substitute frozen fruit for the ice.
--- Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Categories: Beverages, Breakfast, Low-cal Yield: 4 servings 2 c Unsweetened strawberries, -fresh or frozen; hulled 2 Bananas; sliced 8 oz Low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 c Skim milk 1/4 c Rice bran 3 tb Lemon juice 1 tb To 2 tb honey Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
--- Orange Smoothee Categories: Beverages Yield: 6 servings 6 oz Orange juice concentrate, frozen 1 c Milk 1 c Water 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla 10 Ice cubes Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

--- Frosty Fruit Smoothie Categories: Beverages, Breakfast, Low-cal Yield: 2 servings 1 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 c Sliced peaches -- fresh, frozen or canned 1 Ripe banana; cut into chunks 1/4 c Wheat germ 1/4 c Orange juice 1 c Ice cubes Peach or banana slices, opt. 2 ts Wheat germ, optional In blender or food processor, combine yogurt, peaches, banana, wheat germ, 1/4 cup orange juice and ice cubes. Cover and blend about 1 minute, or until smooth. Serve immediately, poured into tall glasses and garnished with peach or banana slices and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons wheat germ. Combine the yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full. Top off with champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale. Gently stir to combine. --- A healthy drink that is also very delicious is a Fruit Smoothie, courtesy of the Fit for Life books.
1/2 cup natural fruit juice 1 cup cut fruit 1 frozen banana
Put the whole thing in the blender and let it go until the banana is pureed. It's pure fruit but you will swear it tastes like a milkshake.
