I don't have exact amounts for this but it should be easy for you to wing it.
Soften and whip up your favorite cream cheese. I most often use either light or no-fat. While it's mixing in your mixer grate some carrot and chop green onions. Add as much as you want, I add about 1 carrot to an 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese. If you want it a little spicy, add some hot sauce. I keep wanting to add some finely chopped water chestnut but haven't yet. You can add any kind of fresh herb you would like as well. When this is all mixed you can spread it fairly liberally over your tortilla, we like whole wheat ones. If you want to keep it vegetarian you can put fresh spinach, swiss chard(we like the red stemmed kind) leaf lettuce - use your imagination. We like to put some thin slices of roast beef, ham or smoked turkey in ours to go with the greens. Roll them up and let sit for a little if you are going to slice them into appetizer bits but these are great cut in half for lunch. Have fun!!
