I made these a couple weeks ago and they were very good. The recipe is from a pamphlet called Best Recipes, Quick and Easy Entertaining, Creative Ideas for All Ocasions.

BAKED VEGETABLE AND SEAFOOD WONTONS

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix
1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese’
1/2 pound imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
40 refrigerated or thawed, frozen wonton wrappers
1 Tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In medium bowl combine vegetable soup mix, ricotta cheese, crabmeat, garlic powder and pepper. Place 1 Tablespoon ricotta mixture on center of each wonton. Brush edges with water, fold each corner into center and press to seal. Arrange seam-side down on lightly greased cookie sheet; brush wontons with oil.

Bake 25 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, turning once.

Variation:
Use 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked shrimp in place of crabmeat.

Note: Cover unbaked wontons with damp cloth until ready to bake, then brush with oil.

Makes 40 wontons
