CRANBERRY MOLD

2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) orange or raspberry Jello (regular or sugar free)
1 (16 oz.) can whole or jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (12 oz.) can ginger ale*
1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
orange and grapefruit sections (for garnish)

In saucepan, combine (dry) Jello and cranberry sauce. Heat and stir until almost boiling and Jello is dissolved.

Stir in undrained pineapple and ginger ale.

When fizzing has stopped, add celery and nuts and pour into mold. Chill until set.

To serve, garnish with orange and grapefruit sections.

Serves about 8

Hello,

I haven't tried this recipe but there are many versions of it with basically the same ingredients but the amount of ginger ale varies from some calling for 7 oz. up to 14 oz. If you remember the amount from your original recipe I would use that.

Happy Cooking!

Betsy
