COKE™ CAKE

2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke™ (not diet)
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Frosting

Grease and flour a 9x13x2 inch cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, sugar, and marshmallows in a bowl. Heat margarine, cocoa, and Coke™ to boiling point and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla, and salt.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done. Frost cake while hot.

FROSTING

6 tbsp. Coke™
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Heat Coke™, margarine, and cocoa to boiling. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, and nuts; stir till well-mixed. Pour over cake right from oven.
