KYJOE'S POKE AND COKE CHOPS

1 family pack pork chops (best with boneless pork chops)
1 cup tomato catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
2 cans Coca-Cola, divided use

Place the pork chops in large pot.

Mix together the catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt; pour on the pork chops. Add 1 can of coke.

Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer. Test the pork occasionally for tenderness. When chops fall apart, the cooking is over. Add more coke if liquid is too dry before pork chops are tender.

The glaze in the pot is great gravy to pour over mash potatoes. Serve with sweet and sour green beans. A great family meal.
