6 small potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes 1/2 can Spam, cut in 1/2-inch cubes Ground black pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 fresh green onions from your garden, chopped 2 banana peppers from your garden, chopped fresh baby leaf lettuce from your garden, chopped
Combine potatoes and Spam in a skillet; add black pepper and oil and fry till potatoes are almost soft then pour in a serving tray
Add chopped fresh veggies as a raw topping.
Ths presentation is colorful and the taste is delicious.
