JENNIFER BLAKEMAN'S DARK FUDGE
3 tablespoons butter 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/3 cup light corn syrup 8 ounces semisweet chocolate 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine butter, milk, sugar and corn syrup in a pan. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Still stirring constantly, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Break chocolate into hot mixture, add marshmallows, nuts and vanilla. Stir for 1 minute. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
Cut into squares.
