GLOSSY CHOCOLATE SAUCE3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
7 ounces semisweet chocolate
3 ounces corn syrup
1/2 cup hot water
Combine chocolates and place over water bath; stir until melted.
Whisk in corn syrup and water, incorporating well. Serve warm.
