Hi Kate,
Put the tomatoes into your blender and whirl away. Both the seeds and skins will break down (sort of looks like tomato soup in a can). Place in jars and process, or in baggies and freeze, to use for whatever you would use tomato sauce for. Makes nice soup base. Very easy.
