Angie: I have made these for my Grandma and she loved them. SUGAR FREE BROWNIES 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 c. flour 1/3 c. margarine 2 T. liquid sweetener 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. chopped nuts Combine melted chocolate, margarine , sweetener, and vanilla. Stir in egg, flour, baking soda and salt. Add nuts. Bake in a sprayed 8 inch square pan fat 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I personally haven't tried this one, but a friend of mine has, with good results. CHOCOLATE PUDDING 5 T. flour 1/3 c. cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt 3 c. skim milk 4 1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener 1 tsp. vanilla Combine dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Slowly add milk and liquid sweetener. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
