BANANA CAKE From a cookbook from an Amish restaurant in Indiana.
1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 2 cups mashed banana 3 cups four 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cream of tartar 2 tsp. vanilla chopped nuts to taste
Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in bananas. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake in a 13x9" pan for 30-35 mins. at 350*. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
