I've lurked way too long and gotten so many wonderful recipes. I want to thank everyone so much for sharing! Now it's my turn to post one of my tried and true favorites. It's so simple and quick! Great for when you have to "make something to bring". Hope you enjoy!
Anginetti Cream Puffs
1 package Stella Doro Anginetti cookies (5 oz.) -- about 22 cookies 8 ounce can crushed pineapple -- well-drained 3 ounces cream cheese -- softened 4 ounces Cool Whip® -- thawed
With serrated knife, cut cookies in half (lengthwise). Beat cream cheese. Beat in Cool Whip. Add well-drained pineapple and mix well. Fill cookies, replace caps. Refrigerate.
