Pumpkin Bread 3 1/2 - c. flour 1 1/2 - t. salt 1 - t. nutmeg 1 - c. cooking oil 2 - c. canned pumpkin 2 - t. soda 1 - t. cinnamon 3 - c. sugar 4 - eggs, beaten Mix all dry ingredients in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and 2/3 cub water. Mix until smooth. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Wrap in saran wrap when cool.
