Hi bea,

Just made the yorkshire pudding you posted. was great. too much for myself so i gave some to my nextdoor neighbours. (DH is away doing the country doctor thing...)
i am not too sure if your suggestion about not using a hot baking pan as i have seen the same suggestion else where. There is also one recipe in my Kenwood cookbook. (came with the Kenwood stand mixer) and it also says "using fat from the roast into a shallow baking tin and heat until smoking hot." Since i quite like all the recipes i've tried from that little book, I did that with your recipe and I got a "TALL" pudding! great stuff. thanks again. (Since i didn't roast anything, i used some bacon fat. bloody unhealthy but hey, DH is not around! I pigged out!)

cheers
