Tina, here are 2 recipes I found for you. they are not exactly what you describe, but are similar. Hope one of them works for you.

Apricot Whip

1 1/2 cups dried apricots
Boiling water
1 1/2 cups yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Pour boiling water over apricots and soak for about a half hour. Drain and combine the apricots with the other ingredients in a food
processor. Process until a smooth consistency is reached. Chill and serve with pecans sprinkled over each serving. Makes 6 (1/2-cup) servings.Apricot Whip

1 package dried apricots
1 or 2 Tbsp honey
1 cup fatfree plain yogurt
1 cup water

Wash apricots and soak overnight in water. Put apricots with juice in blender, add honey and whirl until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and
whip in yogurt with a fork. Serve chilled. Makes 4 servings.
