Apple Sorbet
Source: Pampered Chef pamphlet, shared by Sarah Gruenwald

2 cups applesauce
1 cup apple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Divide the mixture evenly (depending on ice shaving machine being used) among ice cube trays or Ice Shaver tubs. Freeze until firm. Remove from trays or tubs and shave.
