Mocha ice cream
2 cups half and half 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups whipping cream 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
Combine half and half, sugar, vanilla and coffee powder in osterizer blender container. Cover and process at a low speed until smooth. Pour mixture into Cream Canister. Stir in whipping cream. Freeze as directed. To make chocolate ice cream follow the directions except do not include the instant coffee powder.
