GREEN GARLIC DRESSING"Use this pretty, tofu-based dressing on any green salad." 1/2 cup (4 ounces) silken tofu 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 clove garlic 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro or parsley leaves Salt and black and red pepper to taste Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
