Well made a loaf of white and a heavy rye bread with this machine and it went off without a hitch.

Took my recipe for rye bread from the old b1561 black & decker recipe book and broke it down to 1 pound loaf measurements and then just multiplied by 2 to make nice 2 pound loaf of rye.

Only have to double existing recipes to make 3 pound loaves.

This machine is working great!!!!
