FROSTY CREME DE MENTHE

"As a delightful finale, serve this creamy shake in footed glasses with a peppermint stick or small rectangular mint as a garnish."

1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup green creme de menthe
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur

In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth. Garnish as desired.

TO PREPARE AHEAD:
Spoon mixture into serving glasses. Cover and freeze.

Makes 10 servings (1/2 cup each)
