CAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIES

2 cups cold espresso or strong coffee
2 cups coffee ice cream or sorbet
1 1/4 cups milk
6 cups crushed ice
GARNISHES:
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Unsweetened cocoa powder

Place espresso, ice cream, milk and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into 6 chilled, stemmed coffee or ice cream glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and unsweetened cocoa powder.

VARIATION:

MOCHA CAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIES:
Substitute chocolate ice cream for the coffee ice cream and chocolate milk for the regular milk. Garnish with milk chocolate shavings.

Makes 6 servings
