THE ELVIS SMOOTHIE
"Elvis' favorite sandwich filling becomes a healthy smoothie: Have it for breakfast to stave off hunger and give you sustained energy."
1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter 1 banana 1 tablespoon honey 1 cup skim milk 3 ice cubes (more to make it thicker)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
