CARIBBEAN CRUISE SMOOTHIES

1/2 pineapple
1 small papaya, about 16 ounces
1 1/4 cups coconut milk
8 ice cubes

Peel pineapple and discard the thick central core. Cut the flesh into chunks. Peel and halve the papaya, scoop out and discard the seeds, and chop the flesh.

Put the pineapple and papaya in a blender, add the coconut milk and the ice cubes, and blend until smooth.

Makes 4 servings
