HONEY OATS AND BARLEY BREAD FOR WELBILT
FOR A 1 1/2 LB LOAF: 2 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked 1/3 cup oat bran 1/4 cup quick-cooking barley, dry 1 cup bread flour 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 cup honey 1 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp warm water (105-115 degrees f)
All ingredients must be at room temperature, unless otherwise noted.
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order listed.
Press SELECT for Whole Grain. Press BAKING CONTROL for Light. Press START.
At start of Baking tent a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side down, over glass dome. Remove foil when Cooling begins.
Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 10 minutes.
