Hi Marlene; Here's the recipe I've used for about 30 years. RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 1- 15oz. box Raisin Bran Flakes 5 cups flour 3 cups sugar 5 tsp. soda 2 tsp. salt Beat together: 4 eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 1 cup oil Combine dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients, mix well. Best to let set 24 hours before using, stir well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes. mixture will keep up to six weeks in fridge.
