Hi, im also a wings n things freak,(i go there at least once a week), I dont know their exact recipe, but their flavor almost lean towards a oreintal flavor. I know they use BBQ oil to deep fry, ginger, garlic, pepper, MSG(maybe), other than that, i dont know, I wish i did!! If you ever find out the exact recipe, you should let me know...thanx
