Tonight I made my version of Gringo dip
24 oz of pepperjack cheese, cubed 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1 c pico de gallo milk
I microwaved the cheese (I have no other way of melting it)and added the milk as I was melting. When the cheese was melted, I added the cayenne pepper and pico de gallo. The flavor is extremely close to 54th Street, but I couldn't get the consistency, but I think that may be because I used the microwave. I'm going to try a different way of melting the cheese and see how that works.
