The Real Hawaiian Mac Salad...

I've been trying to perfect this very simple recipe for years to no avail...it was never the mac salad I grew up eating on the shores of Oahu. But, a few months ago, I asked my aunt who worked at the Makaha Drive in 50+ years ago and she said "simple"

- Macaroni - overcooked (about double the time)
- Lots of Best Foods (Hellman's) Mayonaise - Here's the SECRET! WHIP IT! In your blender or your magic bullet!
- Shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper
- Green onion - optional
