CHOCOLATE MARTINIS
In a pitcher, combine:
3/4 cup half & half or light cream
1 cup dark, white or clear chocolate liqueur
1/4 cup vodka
Place ice cubes in a martini shaker. Add liqueur mixture; shake.
If desired, dip rims of four to six chilled martini glasses in chocolate-flavored hard shell style ice cream coating. Strain mixture into prepared glasses.
Makes 4-6 drinks.
I added 1/4 cup Hershey chocolate syrup & 1 cup of ice cubes; then whirled it in the blender. Serve with chocolate syrup on edges or swirled on inside of glass and/or a Hershey’s kiss in center. Alternative: Add raspberry liqueur.
