BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS
INGREDIENTS 1/2 lb fresh Sea Scallops. 1 tbls butter 1 slice bread cooking spray
TOOLS casserole skillet
PREHEAT 350
PREP make fresh bread crumbs.
DIRECTIONS saute fresh bread crumbs in butter until all the butter is absorbed. put scallops in greased casserole top with bread crumbs. bake 350 for 12-15 minutes or until the scallops are just firm to the touch.
