Blueberry Cobbler
Created 2001-Sep-07
I am still not used to this weird method of pouring the wet ingredients over the batter and having it come out on the bottom, but it works & it's tasty.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
pinch cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1 egg
1 & 1/2 tsp milk
1 & 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup blueberries
2 tbls water

TOOLS
crockette

PREP
beat the egg, milk & oil together

DIRECTIONS
Combine flour, 1 tbls sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Stir egg, milk & oil into the dry ingredients until moistened.
Grease the crockpot well and spread the batter evenly on the bottom.
In a saucepan, combine blueberrries, water, 1 tbls sugar
bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Pour into crockpot cover & cook 3 hours,
turn off crockpot, uncover and let set for 30 minutes before eating
