INDIVIDUAL POTS DE CREME
1/2 package (4 ounce) sweet baking chocolate 2 tablespoons egg substitute 2 teaspoons sugar 1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract whipped cream (for garnish)
Melt chocolate over low heat.
Combine egg substitute, sugar, and whipping cream; gradually stir into melted chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spoon mixture into individual serving containers. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
