LEMON PEPPER TUNA OVER PASTA
8 ounces pasta, preferably fettuccini 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup frozen French-cut green beans 1 pouch Star Kist Tuna Creations, Zesty Lemon Pepper (5 ounces) Dash thyme Dash salt
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and bell pepper slices; saute 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add beans, tuna, thyme and salt. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more or until hot.
Add drained pasta and serve.
