1/2 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons capers 2 tablespoons lemonjuice 1 tablespoon fresh parlesy (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon peppper 2 each anchovy, fillets 2 cloves garlic 4 each swordfish stakes (8 oz)
Place all ingredints except swordfish stakes in food processor or in blender. Place fish in retangular baking dish. Pour oil mixture over fish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning fish after 30 minutes.
Grill fish uncovered about 4 inches from hot coals, turning once an brushin with marinade occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes or until fish lfakes easily with fork.
