Hi Nancy,
I'm including a recipe for peach ice cream that is like soft serve ice cream,
you can also make peach upside down cake, the same way as pineapple upside down
cake just sub the peaches for the pineapple, peach crisp and many more. I wasn't
exactly sure what you needed. Also do a search at the top of the board, type in
peach and some recipes will appear. Here's the ice cream recipe. Enjoy!

No-Cook Peach Ice Cream
3 cups light cream
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 cups whipping cream

In a large bowl, combine light cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir til sugar is
completely dissolved. Stir in whipping cream. Freeze in a 4 or 5 quart ice
cream freezer, according to the manufacturer's directions. Makes 2 quarts,
approximately 16 to 20 servings.
