V-8 Bread From Norman Garrett's Great Bread Machines for 1 1/2 lb loaf:
2 tsp active dry yeast 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar 3 cups bread flour 1 tsp dried onion flakes 1 tsp garlic powder 3 Tbsp dry milk 2 tsp Italian spice 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic salt (I skip this since using canned grated cheese and salt in V-8) 3 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup warm water 7 oz. V-8 juice
I do it on light crust and regular bake cycle.
