Combine & press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350- 20 mins.

*Next* cream 1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese & 1 c. icing sugar.
spread on cool base.
*Next* beat 1 pkg. vanilla pudding with 1 1/4c. milk.
Let set 2 mins. & spread on top.
*Next* beat 1 pkg. chocolate pudding with 1 1/4c. milk.
Let set 2 mins. & spread on top of vanilla.
*Next* Let stand 15 mins.
Top with cool whip and enjoy!!! scrumptious...
