here is your frosting:
1/4 cup crisco(melted)-do not use liquid oil!!!
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar sifted

Melt crisco, add cocoa and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla.in another bowl add chocolate mixture TO sugar (do not add sugar to mixture it messes up the frosting)mix with electric mixer at medium speed unil smooth amd creamy. I too thick add 1 Tablespoon of milk (as needed) to create a good spreading consistency)

These recipes will take some time but they are worth it!
the cake is a fudgey cake ant the frosting is a milk chocolate consistancy- we like the contrast!! Hope it works!!!
