MICHIGAN FRUIT TURNOVERS
Dough for four (9-inch) pie crusts
1 (21-oz.) can Thank You Apple Pie Filling (or Blueberry or Cherry)
Roll crust and cut into 4-inch squares.
Empty apple filling into a bowl and chop apples.
Spoon one tablespoon of filling into the center of each 4-inch square. Fold to a triangle sealing the edges with a fork, prick top for venting.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen turnovers
