CHEWY-GOOEY M&M PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
3 large eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups oatmeal (uncooked)
1 cup M&M's (or Reese's Pieces)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine butter, sugar, and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Mix in eggs, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Stir in oats 1 cup at a time.
Roll into 24 balls and place 3-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets about two inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
Makes 2 dozen cookies
