COCONUT MACAROONS
1 (14 oz. pkg.) flaked coconut (5 1/3 cups) 1 (12-13 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand) 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the 3 ingredients well. Drop in rounded teaspoonfuls about an inch apart onto well-greased cookie sheets.
Bake until light brown on edges, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets onto wire racks to cool.
