ONE-DISH CINNAMON SWIRL BATTER BAKE

FOR THE BATTER:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 envelopes Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
1 cup milk (very warm, 120-130 degrees F)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
2 eggs
No-stick vegetable cooking spray
FOR THE CINNAMON MIXTURE TOPPING:
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons
FOR THE CINNAMON ICING:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (melted)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir batter ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into 8-by-8-inch baking pan (prepared with no-stick cooking spray) and set aside while preparing cinnamon mixture topping.

Combine ingredients for cinnamon mixture topping and sprinkle over batter; using fingers, poke topping thoroughly into batter mixture. Allow batter mixture to rest uncovered at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Bake by placing in a cold oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F; set timer for 30 minutes. Cinnamon Swirl Batter Bake is fully baked when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes, then combine icing ingredients and drizzle over top.
