CHUCK STEAK TERIYAKI

1 (2 1/2-pound) chuck steak, about 1 1/2 inches thick
instant meat tenderizer
2/3 cup teriyaki marinade and sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1/4 cup vegtable oil

Prepare steak with tenderizer according to package directions.

Combine teriyaki sauce, tomato paste, and oil.

Place steak on grill 3-4 inches from hot coals; brush with sauce. Cook 15 minutes, turn over. Brush with sauce. Cook 10 minutes more. This will produce rare steak. Cook additional time for medium to well done steak. (You can also broil 10 minutes on each side in oven.)

Heat remaining sauce, and serve with steak.
